Enclosed is a summary of what I recommend with regard to the question above.

Dear Florence,

Traumeel for this type of injury/symptoms is ideal. I suggest you use the Gel or Ointment and massage it in twice a day.

You could supplement this by taking the Tablets or drops or if you have someone who could administer the injections these can also be extremely good initially. Then I would also recommend you do some strengthening and stretching exercises to the foot and surrounding area.

I have found the combination of remedial exercises and Traumeel together can give outstanding results.

The bodies ability to heal is huge if we just give it what is needed.

Although I trained as an osteopath and osteopathic work can be extremely beneficial I have found that remedial exercises one does oneself to an area that has been damaged can often be better than hands on treatment.

This is because you are able to strengthen and stretch the muscles so making the whole area stronger and more flexible.

This then has a knock on effect and increases and improves the circulation which further helps heal the area that is damaged.

Could Traumeel help for soft tissue damage of the foot? Not sure if that is what I have, I am waiting for test results. I have trouble walking on my foot. I had a stress fracture two years ago, that never healed properly. A chiropractor adjusted the foot and now two years later, I am back to square one.
