Dear Annette,

Thank you for your appreciative comments - so pleased to receive them.... Syringing is fine but can be a bit of a fiddle. I would instead do some of the suggestions above as I think this will be easier but should still work for your horse.

If you don't have the tablets then do whatever is easier i.e syringe the drops or put them on some oats or carrot or apple or mix them with some water and spray on his muzzle.

It should be fine to have hay afterwards. Some times if we cannot do three times a day we will do twice a day.

Then here is the page on dosages in case you have not seen this:-

Hi, Sarah,
Wonderful to find somebody who knows the correct way to treat with Traumeel.

Recently, my lovely horse had an injury which left him with a ligament problem, and after an x ray we discovered a slight bone spavin that we were unaware of. I have been using the cream but would like to know the best way of giving him the drops (how much) or the tablets.

The problem being that it's not possible to give him either between meals. I have been told by the vet to syringe 4mls, 3 times a day into his mouth but have no idea if that is the correct amount. Is it ok for him to have hay straight afterwards?

Thanks in advance.
