I am often asked about treating arthritis with traumeel and how I would treat and use Traumeel for arthritic conditions. So here is my summary of what I would recommend you do if you are suffering from this complaint.

Traumeel Products

1.) Massage Traumeel Ointment (or Gel) around the affected joints, twice – three times daily.

2.) Taking Traumeel Drops or Tablets on a regular basis.

Arthritis responds really well to Traumeel. I would continue if you can to use the Ointment as well as take the tablets. The more you massage the affected areas with the ointment the greater the improvement and speed of improvement.

In Addition to Treating Arthritis with Traumeel

3.) Gentle remedial exercise is very important. The more you are able to exercise and move the affected joints which will then increase the blood supply to the affected area which will then improve and help heal the affected area.
Regular gentle exercise is essential.
If you do too much to quickly you will aggravate the area. If this does occur just slow done and do a little less until you find the balance. As you start to exercise the area daily, gradually you will notice an improvement in joint mobility so you will then be able to exercise for longer.

4.) Drink plenty of Water
5.) A good diet is essential and if you are overweight this will need to be addressed.
6.) Take a good vitamin and mineral supplement, there are many on the market today. The one I use and recommend is Maximol
7.) Take a good anti-oxidant. Anti-oxidants help remove the rubbish that builds up in our systems. The one I use and recommend is Revenol.
8.) Take 1tsp of apple cider vinegar in hot water in the morning.
This is a refreshing drink first thing and is an old well-known remedy for arthritis. It helps balance the bodies acid/alkaline balance.
9.) Read my post on the emotional factors that contribute to disease and illness,In Addition to Traumeel. It is worth spending some time in understanding this aspect of health, as the more you understand your emotions and why you may be suffering from arthritis, the easier it is going to be for you to get better.
10.) Keep happy – laugh…. and smile everyday…

Alternative Treatments

11.) Cranial osteopathy, massage, aromatherapy and acupunture, all of these treatments are good if you want some additional help.

Wishing you all good health and happiness..
